2024 Pre-Season Training Program

Hi all,

 

We have now opened registrations for our 2024 pre-season program.

 

Each year this has proven to be a fun program enjoyed by many players. It provides a great opportunity to keep up or improve your fitness in preparation for season 2024. By maintaining fitness, strength and skills, you will see an improvement in your play and also reduce the risk of injury upon returning to competition.

 

We will be delivering 3 sessions in December 2023 and then another 10 throughout January 2024. You can register for all 13 sessions and receive a discount or pop along casually over the holiday period.

 

Sessions include running training (technique, endurance and netball specific), strength and court work.

 

Pre-Christmas (December)

5-6pm

Wednesday 13th

Friday 15th

Monday 18th

Elgar Park Reserve

 

Post-Christmas (January)

Track 8:30-9:30am

Mondays 8th, 15th, 22nd

Fridays 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

Box Hill Athletics Track

Court 9-10am

Wednesdays 10th, 17th, 24th

Templestowe Netball Courts

 

In addition, this year we will deliver a Xmas Netball Clinic on Monday 18th December. The clinic will run for 3 hours giving mum and dad time to get some last minute shopping done.

 

We will deliver skills, drills, match play, fun games and will also have a vist from one very jolly ol’ fella!

 

The clinic is suitable for players of all abilities aged U9-U15.
